"Socialist" Canadian Health service is happy to accept Capitalist donations. Officially Mr Dalla Lana could not buy "medically necessary" services in Ontario.(QUEBEC allows private billing). As with USA prohibition there are ways to bypass the system through"WELLNESS CLINICS" which provide luxury primary care for $3,500 a year.(inc. "wellness advice" diet etc. + 5hr yearly General Exam.) Best known is CLEVELAND CLINIC CANADA in downtown Toronto with 20,000 sq.ft and direct connection with USA Cleveland Clinic.
