MEDICO-LEGAL RISK OF ERRORS IN ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION AND ERRORS BY SECRETARIAL STAFF IN SENDING REFERRALS.

CONSULT LETTER FROM UNIVERSITY CLINIC TOOK TWO YEARS TO REACH GP. LASIX HAD BEEN REDUCED FROM DAILY TO 3 X WEEK. APART FROM RAISED URIC ACID THERE WERE NO SERIOUS RESULTS. SECRERTARY JHAD TYPED WRONG ADDRESS OF GP.. LETTER WAS NOT SIGNED; A COMMON DANGEROUS HABIT
