DANGERS to DOCTORS:

ESA $10,000 cap on claims removed.

 Copy of Act MUST be given to all employees by June 20,2015

Employer has to Audit effects of Act.

"Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005."applies to employer with only ONE employee.

Employer must provide employees  with TRAINING.on dealing with the Disabled.

"RETURN to WORK" process must have "an individual accommodation plan".

Legal dangers of BACKGROUND CHECKS: (e.g. CREDIT, MEDICAL, CRIMINAL, DRUG & ALCOHOL testing).
