  1. CPSO only pays for Psychological treatment to patients who successfully complain about sexual misbehaviour. Otherwise patient gets travelling and hotel expenses for attending a CPSO Tribunal,
For someone on Welfare, a nice Toronto vacation.

  2. Many Canucks regard Oxbridge-style verbal fencing as"rude". Mainly because level of general knowledge in State schools is much lower than in UK. Radio & TV aimed at a lower IQ audience. Prevalent intellectual Inferiority complex. In Ontario a child of 14y can work in "stores, offices & arenas" after school. Homework suffers. This child labout rare in UK and most of Northern Europe. Avoid any humour with majority of Ontarians; for many English is a Secord language. Also many use an upward inflection at end of sentences, as if it's a question not a statement. UK professionals use the downward inflection, in Ont thought of as authoritarian. Safest to use Simple English as if speaking to a fairly bright 12 y old.
